Mr Justice Peter Jackson:
a. it could prevent reconstructive surgery;
b. it could lead to the need for amputation of not only HN's entire arm but also part of her shoulder, leaving her with major physical disability and disfigurement;
c. it could lead to a life-threatening infection spreading within a matter of days.
